Please help me with my elderly neighbours !?

hi what it is i have olderly neighbours aged about 70 and i live with my three children and my partner.My children are well behaved and they are not at all noise apart from toy playing inside. Everything we do my neighbours moan i hoover and its too loud, i dont listen to music very much if not at all. they swear and argue at me over nothing when my children and i are out in the garden whileim my washing out and iv just had enough. They own their own home and i wouldnt know who to complain too if i did im not too sure what to do any1 who can help feel free and would be much apprisheated thanx emma
