Are you ever weary to click on links people post?

Yes... especially since the time I asked a question (don't remember what it was), and some guy answered saying "This is my answer: [URL link]"... I clicked it, and the thing screwed with my browser/computer. I had to entirely close it out and everything else on my computer and then restart it. I'll never click another link again unless it's from my contacts.
