Natural sculpting system?

recently read abt this sys on baby centre website can anybody pls tell me if this sys has worked for anyone or its just another scam im trying to lose my tummy fat it seems to have got stuck for a lifetime im execising and following a sensible wholemeal diet but nothing seems to b working for this tummy fat pls lemme know if this has worked for anyone or if not pls give me some more suggestions also im doing crunches wz ab lounge but this belly fat just doent budge pls help
