What's it like to work at a Hershey plant?

My sister and I have to attend an orientation in a few days and we're looking for as much information about the actual work involved as possible. Everything on their website is vague and doesn't really elaborate on what the job will entail. We'll likely be doing some sort of packing/moving job but the temp place told us we can be doing anything Hershey wants us to do, it could even be scrubbing toilets. Anything will help but it would be really nice to get some information from someone who has worked there before.
