With Van Halens album (1st with sammy hager) OU812. How did the band come up with that title name?

Actually the first Van Halen album with Sammy Hagar was 5150. The 2nd one was OU812 which kind of a joke aimed at David Lee Roth's solo album Eat Em' and Smile.
