I'm looking for a techno song and artist, but the only lyrics I know are "you'll have my love, Always!"

This song was heard on Sirius radio, channel 33. Its quite popular, but my radio doesnt display the title or artist. Does anyone know what I'm trying to find. "Always" is repeated quite a few times, alteast that's what it sounds like to me
