I've been cycling my tank since 4/24, when can I add fish?

4/24 is the fourth of April, right?? I would wait til some time in May. Have you added anything to decay and let the bacteria grow?? If not, do that, you need something to rot. Also, have you added Aquasafe?? It says it will help that bacteria grow.
