I've been seeing girls wearing slippers and PJ 's last couple years, what is going on with this ?

Now when we hear cleanup on isle 7, it may mean a girl wearing her slippers and PJ's to a sore. This is disgusting. What is this about and how did it start. Girls pls help me out on this one.
