Does any one know about Leo and Joesph(liby) they are from trivandrum,kerala,India they came to india in 1990

They came during the gulf war I lived with them in kuwait in the same building, i really miss them. Their sir name is uttupan i think, If anyone knows about them please inform me.We lived there for 14 years. Hope to hear from someone soon.
