Why Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar are open in other other religion?

Those country are belong to a moslem world but they open practice freedom of expression specially religion. In kuwait they have a catholic church, in Iraq they have too but . . . . even moslem have two different fuction which means even moslem have diferrent belief of practice, look at Istrael and Palestine this country are moslem world but why they are fighting for freedom.
