Why do people say its never cold in a huricane? It IS COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

If people ask "is it cold in a huricane?" tell them yes! It is chilly! It feels like a chilly rainy dark cloudy day! if you go outside i would wear pants and NOT shorts. First bof all it is cold, second the rain and sand feel like needles. If you want to wear shorts make sure they are arthletic such as nike, addidas, puma, top gear or any type of those types of arthetic shorts. Same thing with pants. Make sure they are nikie, addidas, puma etc. NEVER wear jeans, plad shorts or any non arthetic type of clothing! They will get SOAKED and never dry for hours! Arthetic clothing is also VERY CONFTORABLE! But you should stay inside your nice WARM home and have a nice warm cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate
