Watts up with Venus -- tough question?

Mars too has a CO2 concentration of 95%. Obviously it doesn't have a warm atmosphere. Could it be as Goddard implied, low pressure? He actually implied high pressure on Venus so I am uming it also applies to low pressure on Mars. It is an excellent example of alarmists taking convenient facts and igoring inconvenient ones or do you have other theories?
