POSTING A LETTER TO VENEZUELA.. PLEASE HELP..?

ok i want to post , firstly a letter then possibly a parcel to venezuela. i was wondering if i could do the letter just as normal in the letter box but im not sure anyone know?? also how could i do the parcel without paying for an expensive service such as DHL?
