I am having my bathroom and kitchen replaced where can i get advice from about moving out until its -?

completed i have 3 children aged 6yrs 5yrs and a 6 month old who are all very unwell and constantly coughing my house is constantly very cold all the time even though the central heating is on full all the time from the bare walls in bathroom and kitchen and the dust is every where even though i clean and hoover everyday up 2 4 times a day my 6 month old was given a asthma pump by my doctor because his breathing is very bad we urgently need advice to who we can go to as children's healths are majorly being affected now and don't know what to do i have the worst housing ociation possible any advice at all would be very appreciated also all my kids had good health before any building works had started
