How would I round these numbers to three significant figures, 3 556 & 730 999? No these numbers is not a typo.?

I need to know how to round these numbers to three significant figures. It is not a typo. This was how it was written in the book. If anyone can reply to this tonight I was really appreciate it. Thanks
