How do I stop my dog from peeing in the other dogs crate?

My dog, Jake has been living in my dads house for a year now, and the past 2 or 3 months he began peeing on my Step moms dog's crate. So we blocked it off with his own crate, so he gave up on peeing on it. Well, now he's peeing IN it ! I have no idea when he does this, but he walks inside Rosie's crate and pees in it. There is no way to block her crate off because it's in the kitchen, which is where the dog food and water is located. We can't close the crate because Rosie likes to take naps in there. What other options do I have? Besides watching him 24/7 which isn't really possible.
