Help me to help my 10 months old with and ear infection!?

Ok, it's 11:30am and we have 2 diapers left and are out of motrin and tylenol (just gave him last dose and hour ago). He is still crying out in pain, doesn't want his pacifier or bottle and I just don't know what to do. I also need to go to the bank so I can pay some bills and Wyatt just really isn't feeling well. My hubby won't be home until late and I have no one to run my errands or watch Wyatt. I am more than happy to just hold and rock him, I know he's in pain, but I also have to get out today. Any advise?
